Navigates to the Mortgage Initial Assessment page where you can complete a secure form to request an initial assessment for an HSBC mortgage loan. However, you still need to submit a formal application upon receipt of an initial assessment.

HSBC offers Mortgage Advice Service which is available seven days a week. Just call our Mortgage Advice Hotline at (852) 2748 8030 or visit any HSBC branch during service hours for enquiries or application of a mortgage loan.

If I have obtained an Initial Assessment for a mortgage from HSBC, does it mean I will get a loan from the Bank?
The granting of an Initial Assessment does not oblige the Bank to grant the mortgage loan to you. To obtain the loan, you must submit a formal application and all necessary documents and information for approval.

Can I switch from one repayment plan to another?
HSBC offers a variety of Mortgage repayment Plans to suit your needs. Just call our Mortgage Advice Hotline at (852)2748 8030 or visit any HSBC branch during service hours for enquiries.
